    Structuring Dotcom Companies
    The Firm recognizes the fact that dotcom companies are organizations that depend on the Internet for their very survival. The Firm has been involved in the structuring, incorporation and other important issues of the dotcom companies as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.
     
     
    Documentation and Advise
    The Firm acknowledges that Dotcom Companies are mainly involved in information technology services as per the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Commerce Act, 1998. The Firm has advised its clients in various transactions governed by the aforesaid acts with due compliance of the provisions of the said Acts. The Firm has drafted many service contracts, software development agreements and other major contracts entered into by the dotcom companies. The Firm provides opinions and advises its clients on legal and regulatory issues specific to cross border acquisitions.

    Criminal Liabilities in E-commerce Transactions
    The Firm advices and appeared in the Competent Courts on behalf of its Clients on various issues involving Criminal Liabilities in E-commerce transactions with due compliance of the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Other major issues that the Firm advises its clients on include inter alia, piracy, various patent issues, disputes arising from on-line transactions, domain name disputes, copyright and trademark infringement, passing off suits and applicability of foreign laws relating to protection of IPRs.
