100% Export Oriented Units (EOU's) and units in Export Processing Zones (EPZ's)/ Special Economic Zones (SEZ's) enjoy a package of incentives and facilities, which include duty free imports of all types of capital goods, raw material and consumables in addition to tax holidays against export.

The Development Commissioners (DCs) of EPZ/ Free Trade Zones (FTZs)/SEZ accord automatic approval to projects which fall within specified parameters.
